Version 2026-10-15
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Joash Cañete, Upper Tubod, Valladolid, Carcar City, Cebu, Philippines ("we", the operator of paSkedyul, this booking platform) and the shop that accepts it ("you", "the shop"). It applies from the moment the shop's owner accepts it.
2. What we provide
We give the shop its own booking page, an admin area (services, hours, bookings, payments), booking and payment emails to customers and to you, and a monthly statement of our fees. For payments by GCash we show the customer your GCash details and the proof they send; you check it in your own GCash app and approve or reject it.
We work to keep the platform running but do not promise it is always available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features, and we will tell you in advance of a change that affects how you work.
3. Our fee
Our fee is 5% of the service price of each confirmed booking, with a minimum of ₱299.00 a month. If we agreed a different rate with you in writing, that rate applies instead.
A booking is counted when it is confirmed and paid. A booking that is cancelled and fully refunded is not counted. We send a statement at the end of each month. Pay it within 7 days of the statement, by GCash or bank transfer to the account shown on it. The fee on the statement is the amount you pay; if VAT applies to our fees, it is added and shown separately.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a fee changes. If you do not agree, you may stop using the platform before the new fee starts.
4. Your responsibilities
You give us true and current information, and keep your prices, services, hours and policies correct. You are responsible for the shop's permits, taxes and receipts.
The GCash account you set up must be one you are allowed to use to receive payments for your business. Check each payment in your GCash app before you approve it. Approve or reject payments promptly, and honor every booking you confirmed.
When a refund is due under your policy, you send it to the customer yourself and mark it as sent. You do not use the platform for anything unlawful or misleading.
5. Customer payments
When customers pay you by GCash, the money goes straight to your GCash account. We do not hold, receive or pay out customer money, and we are not a party to the sale between you and your customer. Disputes with a customer, including refunds, are between you and the customer.
6. Customer data
The shop decides why and how its customers' details (name, mobile number, email, booking and payment details) are used. We handle them only to run the platform for the shop and follow the shop's instructions, as described in our privacy notice. You must use them only to serve those customers and must not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing.
We keep the data secure, limit who can reach it, use the service providers named in the privacy notice (database, payments, email, spam check and hosting), and delete or anonymise it after the retention period stated there. We tell you without delay, and within 72 hours, after we learn of a breach that affects your customers' data.
You answer your customers' requests about their data, with our help where needed, and you keep your own contact details up to date in the privacy notice. When the agreement ends we delete the shop's data on request, except what the law or our accounting requires us to keep.
7. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost bookings, lost income or indirect loss, including when the platform is unavailable. Our total liability to the shop for any claim is limited to the fees the shop paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Suspension and ending
You may stop at any time by telling us. Settle your open bookings and refunds first; fees for confirmed bookings up to that date remain due.
We may suspend or end the shop's access if statements stay unpaid, the platform is misused, or customers are put at risk. We will give notice where we can. While a shop is suspended its booking page is closed to new bookings and you can still cancel and refund existing ones.
9. Changes to this agreement
If we change this agreement, the owner is asked to accept the new version the next time they sign in to the admin area. If you do not accept it, you can stop using the platform under section 8.
10. Law and disputes
Philippine law applies. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking. If that fails, the proper courts of the place where our business address is have jurisdiction.
11. Accepting this agreement
The owner accepts by ticking the box and typing their full name in the admin area. By doing so they confirm that they may accept on behalf of the shop and that this electronic acceptance counts as a signature. We keep a record of the name, the account, the version and the time.
